24/7 Crisis Support Services

Our crisis support services provide immediate assistance during mental health emergencies. Whether you're experiencing severe anxiety, panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, or other acute mental health crises, our trained crisis counselors are available around the clock to provide support, stabilization, and safety planning.

When to Seek Crisis Support

Contact crisis support if you're having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, experiencing severe panic or anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope, having a mental health emergency, or concerned about someone else's immediate safety. Never hesitate to reach out when you need help.

What We Provide

Our crisis support includes immediate emotional support and stabilization, safety planning and risk assessment, coping strategies for managing intense emotions, connection to appropriate resources and follow-up care, and support for family members and loved ones during crisis situations.

How Crisis Support Works

When you contact us, a trained crisis counselor will provide immediate support, assess your current situation and safety needs, help you develop a safety plan, provide coping strategies, and connect you with appropriate ongoing care. All crisis calls are confidential and judgment-free.

Emergency Resources

For life-threatening emergencies, always call emergency services (112 in India) or go to your nearest emergency room. National crisis hotlines are also available including the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and local mental health emergency services. Keep these numbers readily accessible.

After Crisis Care

Following a crisis, we provide comprehensive follow-up support including connection to ongoing therapy, psychiatric evaluation if needed, support groups, and regular check-ins. Recovery from crisis is possible with proper support and treatment.

Supporting Someone in Crisis

If someone you know is in crisis, stay calm and listen without judgment, encourage them to seek professional help, help them contact crisis support services, stay with them if there's immediate danger, and follow up to ensure they're getting help. Your support can make a crucial difference.
